MCVT has developed a FREE
E-Postcard that you can send to potential clients who
singed your guest book, your buyers or sellers, the home
owner, and Realtors. It also doubles as your Craigslist
Ad. It is good until the listing
is sold or taken off of the MLS.
How To Send Your E-Postcard
First make sure your E-mail Program is set
to send HTML E-mail. Now open the E-Postcard with Internet
Explorer and Click File, Send As, Page By E-mail. This will
open your E-mail Program with the E-Postcard as the body.
The second way is to download and install a "Mail This
Page" utility button from Chilkat
Software. This will allow you to send any web page by
E-mail by clicking on the Chilkat Button on your Browser's
Tool Bar. The last and perhaps the hardest way is to follow
the instructions given by your E-mail Program. An e-mail
link saying "Remove my name from your e-mail list"
will be at the bottom of the page that is required by the
Anti Spam Act.
Note: Craigslist prohibits
"posting agents" to post on behalf
of others. You will need to manually create a craigslist
post and copy/paste the provided HTML code. Craigslist
can fine "posting agents"
$100 for each violation of this Terms of Service rule,
which a the violator agrees to after positing an ad.
